DETROIT A mosque on Friday dismissed as "utterly preposterous" the FBI's allegations that its murdered leader was part of a radical Islamic group.
Luqman Ameen Abdullah, the imam or prayer leader of Masjid Al-Haqq in Detroit, was a "recognized and respected member of numerous mainstream Muslim organizations and leadership bodies," the mosque said.

This dirtbag was being arrested by FBI agents for conspiracy to sell stolen goods when, accordig to their report, he fired on them. They returned fire killing him. This is hardly murder.
Yet, Fox runs this headline convicting the FBI agents of murdering him as if this were a mob hit! The headline probably comes directl from the Marxist Associated Press, but that is no excuse for Fox to include this headline.
It's a wonder that the FBI hasn't contacted them already to demand a retraction and apology, but if they don't, we should!

“recognized and respected member of numerous mainstream Muslim organizations and leadership bodies,”... Which says it all right there.
The AP is a state propaganda arm.
It’s an AP story and I don’t think Fox can alter the headline.
That is strange. The article is from AP, and presumably the headline was written by AP as well.
AP is well known for its friendliness with Muslim terrorists. It used Muslim terrorists as stringers and photographers during the war in Iraq while Bush was President.
Still, unless the rules have changed, any newspaper or website that subscribes to a wire service like AP is entitled to change the original headline to suit themselves.
Fox should change this headline ASAP.
Looks like Fox passively running the AP wire’s headline and copy.
First, you have to remember who is in charge of the FBI these days. Holder will probably fire the whole FBI chain of command for this “murder”.
Second, I would be surprised if that “imam” ever once set foot outside of the United States.

...billionaire Prince al-Walid bin Talal criticized U.S. media for being generally "pro-Israel" and said Arabs are not doing enough to counter that, according to Middle East Online.
The prince then pointed to his own experience as an example of what can be done.
During the violent street protests in France one month ago, the prince said, Fox News ran a banner at the bottom of the screen that said "Muslim riots."
"I picked up the phone and called Murdoch ... [and told him] these are not Muslim riots, these are riots out of poverty," al-Walid said.
"Within 30 minutes, the title was changed from Muslim riots to civil riots...."

“Looks like Fox passively running the AP wires headline and copy.”
Thats what news organizations do with AP and Reuters stories. Thats what AP and Reuters are in the business to provide. Propaganda.

bump...
Good find.
In another story other Muslims were outraged that the FBI had informants in their mosque.
Well, in this case, I don’t have any sympathy for the deceased. Yet, I can’t help but remember when a wholesale murder of sorts occurred at the hands of FBI, BATF, Justice Department, etc. - WACO
“Its an AP story and I dont think Fox can alter the headline.”
But they can add to the headline, like we do with Barf Alerts.
All that means is Fox is the only organization who will report on muslim terrorists in the US.
Boo hoo - brings a tear to my eye.
In Washington, a group called the American Muslim Taskforce on Civil Rights and Elections called for an independent investigation of Abdullah’s death.
The group is an umbrella organization whose members include the American Muslim Alliance, American Muslims for Palestine and Council on American-Islamic Relations.
At this rate it’s a toss up as to who will destroy
America first, the Rats or the Muzzies.
Really does say it all, doesn't it? When Islam becomes "mainstream" somewhere, you don't need a watch to know what time it is. It's time to get out.
