A day after being a "no-show", the embattled leader of American Police Force appeared Friday morning for a hearing in a Torrance California courtroom.

Why isn’t this clown being prosecuted in Montana for impersonating a police officer. Perhaps:
1) He didn't (except as a private PO),
2) It was possibly in one of the contracts or memorandums,
3) The State AG closed the books on this when they pulled out of town (blood/rock?)
