A day after being a "no-show", the embattled leader of American Police Force appeared Friday morning for a hearing in a Torrance California courtroom.

Why isnt this clown being prosecuted in Montana for impersonating a police officer. Perhaps:
1) He didn't (except as a private PO),
2) It was possibly in one of the contracts or memorandums,
3) The State AG closed the books on this when they pulled out of town (blood/rock?)

At least they could shut this operation down before anybody else gets suckered. Well, he's shut down and probably soon to be shut in (and getting some first hand experience as to the running of a jail).
