My comment was that it sounded looney. And it does. Could it be true? Possible... very, very possible.
Perhaps. But many people were saying, before the election and then before the Enthronement, that these judges were waiting to act until AFTER the election, or AfTER the electoral vote was taken, or AFTER the inauguration.
I'm afraid that a likelier explanation is that none of these judges want to risk getting their heads cut off. And of course there are huge numbers of liberal judges that have been stuffed into the system, who are A-OK with the idea of a Communist takeover by a Kenyan Muslim.

The ‘progressive’ of obamanation will soon get the people’s attention when the programs they’ve instituted —through Congressional bills written by domestic enemy marxist like Apollo Alliance— crashes the American economy and our foreign enemies take advantage of the destroyed economic resilience to end American dominance in the world. Just suppose that threats against him, personally, had no effect.

What would he (or you?) do if all of the sudden some showed up in your office with pictures of your favorite granddaughter getting off her school bus, with cross-hairs drawn on her face? Just a friendly little talk, find legal grounds to dismiss this case, hire a lawyer we select to keep an eye on you...
