At some point, it becomes common knowledge that Obama cheated the system and is not constitutionally qualified (or worse) to serve as POTUS. The courts are running away from this like crazy after Bush/Gore. They don't want to look like Honduras. The problem with all of this Chicago gangster analogy is that its a two way street. Its never one way with gangsters. They do not have absolute power.
