That's not what he said. What he said was that the plaintiff was asking the court to overturn the election process. I believe that the plaintiff didn't have standing to begin with, only the candidates. Look, I don't like zero anymoe than you do, but there was ample opportunity to raise these issue with voters and then with the House. I do not want the courts involved with an election unless the parties have standing.

So it boils down to (1) standing, and (2) Carter’s desire for judicial restraint. Until the merits are addressed, somehow, somewhere ... nothing is really settled.

He (BamaKennedy) did not get where he is all by himself. And whatever he is hiding, what I have NO clue it is reasonable that he LIED when he took the oath of office. However, none of these that take that oath have any intentions in upholding said oath. This judge NOTWITHSTANDING he made his call so now he can live with his decision.

Doesn’t Alan Keyes have standing because Obama should not have been allowed to run for the Senate? It’s not just the BC. What passport did he travel on? Did he attend college as a foreign student?

Are we certain this is real? It's not like we haven't seen forgeries and other false documents in these cases. Nothing at http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/ yet.

There shouldn’t have been an election with zero on a ballot!
Congress and the individual states really messed up and the only recourse is the courts. They won’t touch this. So...it seems all of the cowards want the people to do the heavy lifting so they won’t ruin the puny lives they have.
Useless scumbags all.
