That's not what he said. What he said was that the plaintiff was asking the court to overturn the election process. I believe that the plaintiff didn't have standing to begin with, only the candidates. Look, I don't like zero anymoe than you do, but there was ample opportunity to raise these issue with voters and then with the House. I do not want the courts involved with an election unless the parties have standing

WHY is the requirement place upon anyone else but the candidate? He (BamaKennedy) did not get where he is all by himself. And whatever he is hiding, what I have NO clue it is reasonable that he LIED when he took the oath of office. However, none of these that take that oath have any intentions in upholding said oath. This judge NOTWITHSTANDING he made his call so now he can live with his decision.

For obvious reasons. We don't want sore losers clogging up the courts with lawsuits when they don't get the results they want.
