Rocco Landesman, the NEA chairman, said, in part:
This is the first president that actually writes his own books since Teddy Roosevelt and arguably the first to write them really well since Lincoln. If you accept the premise, and I do, that the United States is the most powerful country in the world, then Barack Obama is the most powerful writer since Julius Caesar. That has to be good for American artists.

I kid my liberal friends..that Obama is the only big political person who has written his own books. They know that it can’t be true..but they must defend it.

The Secret Service should investigate this guy, this is a threat on Obama’s life. (i.e. comparing him to Julius Ceasar and Lincoln, victims of assassination)
I still don’t believe Obamao wrote his books by himself, but he did write them for himself, about himself, because that is all Obamao knows and loves, and it makes him a lousy writer. His subject matter sucks.
So are they saying JFK’s book was ghost written or just written badly? If I were Bill Ayres I’d demand a piece of the royalty check.
