Abbas blamed Israel and the U.S. for pushing him to desperation, saying negotiations with Israel were at a stand-still and Obama had “abandoned” him.

He's squealin like a stuck hog.

Obama responded to the threats by calling Abbas and calming him, according to the report.

So, how did that conversation go? I can just imagine...

Abbas: But Hussein, you promised me that you'd take care of it before the end of the month. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to keep those angry worshippers corralled at al-Aqsa and supplied with rocks?

Obama: Um, uh, I told you that I had some things to take care of first, before we can put the screws to them... Keep it in your pants and soon enough it'll be a done deal.

Abbas: What things to take care of? Golf? Olympics? Nobel Prize? Hula hoops?

Obama: Good grief, man, have you been watching Fox News or something? Trust me, I've got some important things cooking on the back burner and as soon as they're complete, I'm going to put them in their place. The other guys are making good progress with the centrifuges... Just give it some more time, you'll see...

Abbas: But, but, but... You lie!

Please expend what little political capital you have by backing Abbas against Israel very firmly, even vociferously.

Bring this matter to the top of the news shows’ broadcasts, even higher than your feud with Fox.
