Is Lucas Smith trying to say he the story he put on EBay about obtaining the birth certificate is untrue???
Seems to me that unless Lucas Smith claims Orly put him up to the EBay auction too, then Smith has just admitted to fraud and perjury himself.
In there several times. Apparently she is a “wild thing.” Allegedly she is messing around with Charles Lincoln(?) the disbarred attorney who is helping her. I wouldn’t doubt a lot of this stuff, but the Affiant is not the most credible of people IMHO. Orly is pretty bad but dude should know better than to lie to a federal judge.

A couple months ago when Lucas Smith produced the obviously fake Kenyan birth certificate, I stated he and his attorneys could go to prison if that “document” was submitted to a court of law.
Now it appears that Lucas may be rolling over on Orly so that he is not the one who will do time.
The good news for Orly, is that she will not be going to a Soviet prison.
But, I do not think Lucas is going to get himself off the hook and he will likely do some prison time.
I would say it’s way past time to remove Orly Taitz. Especially if they have a valid case. I will admit I haven’t followed this from the beginning.
If the case is valid change the players and move forward.
I would not be surprised if Orly ends up in a cell, too. Maybe one with bars or maybe one with padding.

Orly is soon going to be without a bar card.
On the serious side, I say she has guts, if nothing else. Everyone (Including myself) wonders what we can do about the next three years of this guy who seems hell-bent on the deconstruction of this country, but she is actually trying to do something, even though there is a snowball’s chance in Hell.
She is trying. I guess coming from an Eastern bloc country as she has, she has more appreciation of how precious our freedoms are in a way most Americans just don’t.
Lucas Smith is an Obama plant and I am starting to think Orly is as well.
It is not in main body of story. I don’t see how the hoax element applies to this document. It does apply to article in main body.
Parsy, why not just admit that you are an Obama troll?
