ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — The organizers of the Miss California USA pageant sued former beauty queen Carrie Prejean Oct. 19 to get back the $5,200 they gave her in January for breast implants.
The legal action, a countersuit responding to a suit by Prejean, also seeks proceeds from a book Prejean is writing.
Prejean won last year’s Miss California USA pageant, then got breast implants to help her compete in the national pageant in April, where she placed second.
There she ignited a controversy when she expressed her opposition to gay marriage in response to a question by a pageant judge, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

The attacks on Carrie Prejean are not only getting excessive, they are beyond the pale. Since when is a contestant in a competition prohibited from expressing an opinion? This is absurd!!!
LOL...if that is the case, they would need an insurance adjuster to inspect them beforehand to ensure they haven’t been damaged prior to repossession.

I fail to see how all this is helping the cause of “gay rights.”
Or the reputation of the Miss America Pageant among simple minded men who just want to feast their eyes, and don’t want to be bothered by bizarre and completely irrelevant politics from judges who clearly have no business being judges in the first place.
It’s not, if you’ll pardon the expression, as if they are suing for the right of gay men and transgenders to join the pageant.
No, this whole business isn’t making the Pageant any more attractive for typical fans. If they keep this up, they’ll end up losing a good part of their audience, and be stuck with a hardy remnant of Typical Gay Pride Parade watchers.
Hey...what can I say. The world is full of crappy jobs, and if someone doesn’t step up and handle them, well...we’re gonna go to Hell in a handbasket.

LOL. The pageant belongs to Donald Trump. How could anything that man does surprise you?
Eye candy equates to viewers, relates to advertisers, relates to money in the Don’s pocket.
And if there’s no money to be made, publicity (any kind) will have to suffice.
