These assbags always have an excuse--and the remedy involves folks like me (who, BTW, graduated from, way back when, a blue collar public high school in the city of Cleveland, with classmates from modest backgrounds who are now doctors, lawyers, professors, executives, etc.)now coughing up more money to throw at these cretins, who are manifestly unwilling, and, I believe in most cases, incapable of learning, or, for that matter, acting in a civilized manner.

The variables left out of this report are:
1. Family breakdown- far higher for young blacks.
2. Alcohol and drug addiction- also far higher for young blacks.
I think you will find that, regardless of race, family breakdown and addiction lead to other pathologies, such as illiteracy, leaving school, unemployment, and crime.
Why shouldn’t they drop out? Their personal heroes can run the hell out of of ball, get paid millions, but can’t string a sentence of the Queens english together to save their life.
No hope on this issue folks. The only people that can fix this are blacks and they are not interested.
