ram Government Health Care through without the usual discussion—perhaps with just a 50 vote majority. Well, then, from now on, every flu deaths or any unexplained deaths could be blamed on swine flu by MSM until Zero gets his health bill.

There are quite a few kids that are out sick with the flu in both of my daughters schools. When I hear of high absentee rates lately, I can't help but wonder how many are really "sick enough" (in traditional terms) to stay home, and how many are cowed by the media's constant exhortations to stay home if you have a cough or a sniffle . . .
In any case, I saw on a medical site (forget which) that the swine flu is contagious a full day before symptons appear.

That's exactly right.
The White House on Saturday said Obama signed a proclamation that would allow medical officials to bypass certain federal requirements. Officials described the move as similar to a declaration ahead of a hurricane making landfall.
So...what does that mean exactly?

Personally I think this is a mark of desperation rather than malice. Swine flu could be Obama’s Katrina. Thousands of dead children and tens of thousands more on life support machinery are going to look bad for him. We had months to prepare for this, and they have bungled it. When the magnitude of the failure becomes apparent, he’ll whine “But I declared an emergency in October! What more do you expect me to do?”

Doctors in our area are telling us that very few people are actually testing to H1N1. Also are telling us that H1N1 is no worse than the regular flu. Co-worker’s husband on chemo was diagnosed with H1N1. Doc said it was because of his weakened condition. Flu medicine for a few days. Now he is fine. Wife never came down with it.
Orahma is dictating a manufactured crisis.
