According to the writer, he has been hearing that she will endorse Doug Hoffman over the RNC's choice of Scozzafava. I sincerely hope that she does endorse Hoffman. I think it only gives her more credibility in showing that she does not give a hoot what the RNC says or does and sticks to her principals. Of course, this could be just the jolt that Hoffman needs to surge ahead of both of his liberal opponents.
It was something like a crowd of 20,000 in June.
this could get very interesting...
"I want to thank all of you Doug Hoffman supporters who turned out today. I loved the response you gave this Alaskan when I visited your lovely state over the summer to honor another great New Yorker, Governor, Senator, and Secretary of State William H. Seward."I know many of you remember how Alaska was once mocked as 'Seward's Folly.' But we showed them how important Alaska is to this great nation. Now, many in New York, and in Washington, were thinking that Doug's campaign was going to be 'Hoffman's Folly,' but who's laughing now?
"I ask each of you here today to support Doug Hoffman. Give Doug Hoffman the honor of representing you in Washington. And, who knows, maybe Doug and I will have the opportunity to work together some day soon to take back our great country.
"I endorse Doug Hoffman for Congress!
"Thank you, and God bless the United States of America."

Not really, because Scozzafava's positions (and the race) didn't become known until just about a week ago.
I think we are there now, and it scares me. It really sacares me for my kids that are in their early 20s.
Hoffman is a registered Republican who will caucus with Congressional Republicans. He's about as 3rd party as Mike Pence.
>> A tad late, but not too late.
I think allowing the GOP enough time to puke on itself before stating her position is a good thing.
I don’t think she’d have affected the GOP’s stance either way, just would have got a few more points for being a leader speaking out. But I hope she makes a campaign appearance for him soon.
I have not read any of the comments below your post, but can say that her endorsement just showed up on my facebook page! YEAH SARAH!!!
I just LOVE that pic. Stole it quite some time back. Might make a t-shirt out of it, just to drive my lib friends crazy as 2012 gets closer. wonder what would happen if I wore something like that to one of my Graham Cracker gigs here in the Puget Sound? HAHAHAHA!
“The so called GOP leadership will be working double time to ask her to not endorse anyone rather than endorse the non-RINO.”
A very big mistake for them that would be like waving a red cape at a Baracuda.
EEE I get it. She’s backing the principled Republican in this race. Until the last week he was a third party candidate whether we liked the designation or not.
It was the right time for her to endorse and I’m thrilled she did it. Let the civil war truly begin!
I agree with you 100 percent. I think that we all really just need to pray...God Bless you and best of luck to you and your family.
