A British nuclear expert has plunged to his death from the 17th floor of a United Nations HQ, just as top-level talks with Iran began.
The 47-year-old official, only identified so far as Timothy H, toppled about 120ft from the UN's building in the Austrian capital yesterday.
He is believed to have been a member of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organisation and was due to take part in the UN-Iran discussions starting today.

“...toppled...”? That’s an odd, whimsical word to use.

That is creepy........what did he know and why commit suicide (murdered?) in such a public way at such a specific time at the U.N. building discussing Iran nukes? Was he mistaken for Mr. Caplan to or is the $hit about to hit the fan?

Maybe the U.N. has adopted “the Chicago Way”.

"toppled?"
Other witnesses described more of a sashay or flounce.

Perhaps related to “Moon scientist Stewart Nozette held as Israeli spy in FBI sting” http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2367581/posts
Just a little odd that 2 Western nuclear scientists with high level nuclear security clearances, who deal with the Middle East, go “down” within 24 hours of each other.
