Sheriff Joe held a sweep in NW Phoenix, Friday October 16, 2009. He had a press conference after. US Department of Justice Officials (approximately 5) showed up at the conference, UNDERCOVER, POSING AS REPORTERS. When contacted by a Sheriff commander, the Federal Civil Rights officials posing as journalists, conducted themselves "unprofessionally" and "refused to provide official identification. Only one official from the "covert team provided any form of ID when pressed." That was the senior trial attorney, (phonetics) G. Yong Jung. She has been conducting the DOJ's investigation of the Sheriff's office re: allegations of racial profiling. Ms. Yong Jung (Phonetic) confirmed that those who REFUSED TO PROVIDE ID TO THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT WERE Department of Justice Officials. 'The DOJ attorney is a max contributor to Obama campaign and seeks a judgeship.'

When, for the sake of heaven, will the American People say enough is enough???

When people, conservative people, realize they must get involved. We are where we're at because good people did nothing. We did nothing, because we thought they were just the fringe left. Well, it has taken several decades, but the radicals & revolutionaries are now mainstream. Elections 2010 or 2012 won't save America unless good people at all levels of American culture decide to get involved.

Just at they entered into the 1963 Congressional Record the Communist Manifesto, we need to establish the counter revolutionary goals to restore our Constitution. This battle for Freedom won't be won in an election cycle and a violent revolution won't resolve the matter either. It has to come from a culture war.

“It has to come from a culture war.”

I would agree IF the battlefield was level, but it is not. The tactics employed, and the momentum gained by, the far left in this country have exceeded the boundaries of containment. They are vicious, immoral, and intolerant. They will NEVER give up power peacefully.
Where once I believed that good could always overpower evil, I now know that good INTENTIONS never will. We have not had the mentality or the stomach to use the raw tactics used against us, so it has never been a fair fight. Our innate sense of fair play stopped us from being as brutal as they.
The art of war is to employ the enemy’s tactics against them, but we never have. Honor prevents us.
“All warfare is based on deception.” Sun Tzu.
Could enough of us pretend to be that which we despise in order to infiltrate and defeat this enemy from within? Because that is exactly what THEY DID.
If we can not, then force of arms is the only route left and it is building to a crescendo. We swallow our rage until it makes us sick, gives us headaches and ulcers, chaos, confusion. We pray for a real election, but I doubt if that is even possible anymore.
If it begins to look as though we are going to take their power away, it will erupt into violence and they will start it. I honestly don’t see any way to escape this.

Even a culture war will be brutal. If we are to take back our culture we will need just as good of lawyers, we will need to infiltrate the classrooms, the PTA, the schoolboards, the local government etc. There will be violence in some cases, but like the 1960’s, not like what we are currently on the path too.

When they bumped into us they found another tactic. Instead of reeducating us, they went after our children and in less than two generations succeeded.

The coming counter revolution will divide the nation and put it asunder. Most likely permanently as the philosophy is ingrained in several generations. Generations that fail to comprehend that what they advocate is unConstitutional, nor do they care.

If our goal is to restore America for all its current citizens, then we must take up the arduous mantel of a culture war, not a counter revolution.

Senior attorneys working for the DOJ have real names.

How is it known this person is a major contributor to Obama, if the real name isn't known? Somethings not right here.

WTF? This sounds like something Hugo Chavez would do.

Why not?

He admires Mao, Chavez, Stalin, Lenin more than freedom, Reagan, Thatcher, and our Republic.

“...we will need to infiltrate the classrooms, the PTA, the schoolboards, the local government etc. There will be violence in some cases, but like the 1960’s, not like what we are currently on the path too.”

And therein lies the crux of it. We do not have the time we afforded them to do these things. They were never under seige. We are. We allowed them their freedom. They will NOT return the favor. We do not have decades to reverse it. I doubt we even have many years. What is happening now was set in motion and built in over fifty years.
The actual structure was put in place under the clinton administration. That structure underpins everything that is happening now. It is as if the Bush administration never existed. They went straight back to the clinton playbook and they intend NOT to relinquish one nanoparticle of it. All their plans are coming to fruition NOW. We don’t have the gift of time on our side anymore, and we did not use it wisely when we did.

Unless you are driving a car, arrested or the officer has reasonable suspicion - enough to stop and frisk you - that you have or are about to commit a crime, you don’t have to show ID or even give your name.

Otherwise, the *refusal* to give your name when you’re minding your own business in your yard or at the mall or grocery store would be a crime that would allow you to be arrested - and make you a criminal.

While we can all think of reasons - like the need to control illegal immigration - to support giving identification to the police, and it’s probably smart to carry some sort of ID when away from home, we should not be subject to becoming criminals anytime a law enforcement officer asks us our name.

This has been upheld by the Supreme Court in 2004

Hate to break it to you, Rickie Sanchez baby— Bull Conner was a Democrat. And, Martin Luther King was a Republican!
This is about totalitarian power leveraging class warfare to their advantage. An illegal alien is ILLEGAL!! Get it, Rickie?

I don't know if it will come to that.

I am not familiar with AZ's constitution, but in a lot of states the Sheriff is the supreme law officer in the county and by law any other agency needs his permission to even be in his county.

I have no idea how the voting rights laws have changed that.

The (ELECTED) sheriff in a county has near supreme police powers within that county,

including the right to question federal LEOs in his jurisdiction.
