I'm curious about that too. The internet has a story about Obama being registered as a foreign student at Occidental College -- I believe that story ha sbeen debunked and is known to be untrue.

But I have not seen this Columbia story before, so I don't know if it's verified or not.

Seems to me that some Columbia graduate here must have an alumni directory that was published five or more years ago. (I have a number of these for my alma mater.) How about looking up Soetoro for us?
