As long as rank and file troops were told that the “new constitution” had been enacted legally and validly, I believe they would accept it. Most of them.

Why? Because they can't reach their redistributionist utopia under the current Constitution. The military and many others would revolt first.

I'm not saying a bogus Con/Con would work out any better. I'm just on guard against them trying.

I would never ever claim to be in rebellion or to be a counter-revolutionary or a revolutionary. I would only say I am upholding my oath to defend the Constitution (against all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC), and leave it right there.

This next couple of sentences is more troubling.

The word *conspiracy* thrown around as a conversation stopper. IOWs *conspriracy* = *nutjob, tin foiler, etc*.
