Cliff Kincaid over at Accuracy in Media (AIM) announces Fox News has fired Marc Lamont Hill. Cliff represented AIM at NewsCorp's annual meeting. (”Accuracy in Media is a News Corp. shareholder.”) AIM reports that he asked Rupert Murdoch why someone with Hill's radical views would have a role as a Fox News commentator:
Before Kincaid completed the background for his question, News Corp. chairman Rupert Murdoch interrupted Kincaid to say that he appreciated Cliff's work on this matter, and that Hill had been "fired" last week.
We look forward to confirmation of this report. If accurate, it is a major improvement to Fox News and cable news in general. People of every side of the political spectrum should appreciate a robust debate, but radicals of Marx Lamont Hill's ilk do not merit a seat on the highest rated program in news, The O'Reilly Factor.

I like Beckel. It’s funny, because 15 years ago I thought he was the most irritating liberal on television. I think overcoming his personal demons has mellowed him.
M.L. Hill is of the same ideological persuasion as nearly every last one of Obama’s close frients/associates and mentors — black “liberation” nationalism/communism. He provided a window into Obama’s worldview. ...for those (few) still unsure about it.

Notice he took the whole week off when Beck had his week long czar expose’ for one reason, he knew Beck would… even in a NON PRIME TIME slot blow him away in ratings numbers.
I’ve emailed O’Reilly many times with the same "pithy" comment .. “When Michelle Malkin, or Laura Ingraham speak, close your mouth and listen… you just might learn something.”
I remember the time when Ann Coulter commented on her book sales numbers he shot back how his book sales were larger.
Hell, the guy shills his damn book every night … five night a week. He makes the late “hawker” Billy Mays look like a beginner.

Did you ever see the CBS (See B.S.) interview they did with O'Reilly? In that interview he admits he is a LIBERAL. He is a gun grabber; pro tax & spend; pro affirmative action and pro abortion! What do you expect? He started out as a public school English teacher! PACE High School in Miami FL (my home).
So was Hannity. "We have reports that something fell from the balloon" and "we can only hope it's not what we think folks" etc etc...
Interesting! That explains his position on the Nobel peace prize. He was against Obama being awarded it and sounded half way reasonable. Since he had never expressed a reasonable point of view in the past, I thought he sounded out-of-place at the time but now it makes perfect sense. He must have realized his job was in danger and he was trying to score some brownie points with the “enemy”.

Shep stinks. I turn to Lou Dobbs. Love it when Dobbs does follow up questions with reporters. Most of the crew is pretty good—but there are times when Dobbs exposes the reporter’s bias. That’s the ONLY show I watch on CNN.
