One of the planks of conservatism must be to take the Republican party back and kick out all the RINOs. They can go to the Rat Party where they feel more at home anyway.

Curious why you spend all your time, 100% of it, propagandizing here for the Democrat Party?

If you think I'm spending one hundred percent of my time on FR "propagandizing" for liberal Democrats, you're dead wrong.

I am beholden to no party.

As for the Democrats, clearly they have lost their minds. So, while they are preparing to hang themselves, I say, why not just feed them more rope? The point being, I want them to show themselves for what they truly are, so that they can be beaten down once and for all, so we won't have to keep facing this Socialist bullsh*t every couple election cycles.

As for the Republicans, if they think that they are simply entitled to power (by way of my vote) because they're not Democrats, then they can go to hell.

Both major parties have gotten completely drunk on power and Big Government, and until one or both of them becomes sober again, I have no use for them.

Just remember, the binge drinking is fun, but the hangover the next day can be a real b*tch.

Answer the question.

Why do you spend 100% of your time here propagandizing for the Democrat Party?

The "Conservative" Democrats you laud went to DC and gave control of the Congress to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosie.

You fired the GOP for a 160 billion deficit and got the Barack O crowd who gave you a $1.6 Trillion deficit in their 1st year.

The GOP gave you the Bush tax cuts. Largest tax-cuts in history. The Democrats are going to let them expire.

Democrats are with the Stimulus, Cap and Tax and Health Care destruction will pass the largest nationalization of GDP in history, and you are busy acting as a propaganda agent for them.

If you are such an arch Conservative, why are you so busy being a PR agent for the far left wing of the Democrat party?

Talk about infiltration?

RNC will never get another dime from me, and I’m writing them to let them know why. I also donated to Doug Hoffman today and encourage anyone else who is able to, to do the same.

Why do you spend 100% of your time here propagandizing for the Democrat Party?

What part of "I am beholden to no party" don't you get, or do you object to me shining bright lights on the corrupt RINOs??

Your question is irrelevant and unanswerable simply because it rests on the premise that I am spending my time here "propagandizing for the Democrat Party," when in reality I could care less about them.

You fired the GOP for a 160 billion deficit and got the Barack O crowd who gave you a $1.6 Trillion deficit in their 1st year.

I'm going to fire anyone who runs a deficit now, because it's fairly clear where how part of the deficit is being financed: through Social Security and Medicare receipts that are processed as part of the Federal government's general funds.

The GOP gave you the Bush tax cuts. Largest tax-cuts in history. The Democrats are going to let them expire.

The Bush tax cuts...followed by trillions in nation-building in Iraq and Afghanistan, $1.2 trillion in Medicare Part D, untold amounts for No Child Left Behind, the Bush-Paulson financial services bailout in October 2008, and all those deficits you mentioned.

Those deficits are going to have to be paid some day. Deficit spending constitutes tax increases deferred, and the Bush administration along with the Republican Congresses of 2000 through 2006 are just as guilty as the Obama administration and the Democrat Congress of the present. The degree to which both sides have engaged in such conduct is irrelevant, as it does not change the fact that they still spent like drunken sailors.

Democrats are with the Stimulus, Cap and Tax and Health Care destruction will pass the largest nationalization of GDP in history, and you are busy acting as a propaganda agent for them.

Let's see...I've posted plenty of stories highlighting how Republican Lindsey Graham is joining Democrat John Kerry to support cap-and-tax, and you're calling me a propagandist for the Democrats? Oh, by the way, you know who was the first to support cap-and-tax? Republicans John McCain and John Warner, along with Democrat Joe Lieberman, who many "conservatives" backed simply due to his interventionist foreign policy positions.

The Democrats clearly aren't alone in supporting anti-American, un-Constitutional policies.

Your entire post smacks of ad hominem and the stupid, worn out defense of the Republican Party that "we're not the Democrats."

SO WHAT?

Stop drinking the Big Government Kool Aid, clean up your act, and start acting like fire-breathing, small and limited Government, pro-Constitution conservatives/libertarians. But, don't expect me to back Republicans (including RINOs, by implication) "just cuz."

There’s nothing that says a third party cannot endorse a worthy member of another party.

I see Republicans are back at it, reaffirming their “stupid party” label. They could crush the Dims in 2010 if there was anyone with brains running the show.

Unfortunately the national party cannot resist the urge to shoot themselves in the foot. Must be force of habit.

You may certainly be on to something. Michel Medved stated that “third parties are for morons”. However, even believing that, he said he is considering supporting Hoffman. I wanted to hear his reasoning, but he was going on a news break and I was late to a lunch appointment.

The issue, at least partly, is that they do not like to interfere in state party decisions. Scamozza had the endorsement of the county executives.

The problem is that tne New York State Republican Party considers winning elections secondary to keeping conservatives away from party control.

I’m not really sure. Based on what things look like today, he has momentum, and could pull this thing to a virtual toss up if he can sustain this momentum.

This district is fairly conservative. There are 46,000 more Republicans than Democrats in the district. There should have been a lesson to the GOP in 2008. Their former congressman, John McHugh had a 71.5% rating from the National Conservative Union. Last year, the relatively conservative (by New York standards) John McHugh carried this district by a wide margin (about 65% of the vote, IIRC). In the same election, a RINO, John McCain lost with less than 48% of the vote. The district has said no to RINOs and yes to conservatives just last year.

If the TEA party movement nationally gets behind Hoffman, it could make it an interesting three way race. I think the key is how much he can get from the Internet and the TEA parties and the 9/12 groups. If they make a stand for him, they give him strength, and he gives them a stronger position in the primaries next year. The jury is out on whether that support will materialize. This is exactly the kind of race that they all talk about, though. If they put their money and efforts where their mouths have been, it could be very interesting.

Also, Hoffman probably has a better ground game than his opponents. He has a business with 5 locations in the district, and his family owns and operates businesses in 13 other locations within the district. He has roots and ground contacts there.

The problem is that today, the RNC stepped in with big funding for Scozzafava. And the Democrat has a fundraiser planned in NYC with Pres__ent Obama scheduled to appear.

So we really need to spread the word to every TEA Party Patriots group and every 9/12 group. I still think that Hoffman has a chance. I’m certain that the message “RINO=defeat” has been achieved. Taking it to the next step, “RINO=Independent Conservative victory” will be much more difficult. But I think it is doable, at least theoretically.

If it can be done, that is a huge deal for the Republicans and for the TEA partiers and 9/12ers. It could change the dynamic between Republicans and these independent conservatives.

If Marxists in control of DC can't do that, while transnational progressives are in power in the GOP, then what can?
