House Dems vote to bring Gitmo detainees into U.S. ... (63 Dems switched)

Yesterday, 223 House Democrats (and Ron Paul) voted down a motion to recommit H.R. 2892. In effect, they voted:

1) to bring Guantanamo al Qaeda detainees into the U.S., 2) to delete the requirement that all detainees who once were or currently are being held at Gitmo be placed on the Department of Homeland Security's 'no-fly' list, and 3) to delete this additional requirement: "the Secretary of Homeland Security shall conduct a threat assessment for each such individual who is proposed to be transferred to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, or the United States Territories."

We need the list of those who are permitting the Gitmo folks to come to the U.S. A liberal judge will set one or more free in the U.S. and the result will be inevitable.

The result will be deliberate - Hussein needs some incident worthy of declaring martial law, suspending the Constitution, shutting down any vocal opposition, and moving active opponents to a “safe place”.

If this Dem administration tries to shove any detainees into a facility in a state with a Repub governor, the gov should refuse and state that he will call up the National Guard (which gov’s control)to physically hault the move. From there, lets get it on.
