Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

McCain was born to citizens, plural. Plus his father was serving in the military (Both Blackstone and Vattel have exemptions from "in the country" for militay and diplomats). Obama was born to one citizen and one alien, niether of whom were serving in the US military. Fails on both counts if born in Kenya, but still fails if born in Hawaii.
Plus under the law at the time, Obama's mother was too young for her foreign born offspring of one alien parent to qualify for citizenship. So if born outside the US, he's not a citizen at all, unless later naturalized. But still not a natural born citizen and thus not eligible to the office of President.

Three Generations of McCain(s) severed in the U.S. Military. We knew where McCain loyalty rested. How the heck we measure Obama’s loyalty; by his hands crossed over his crotch during national anthem, by refusing to wear flag lapel pin, or by knowingly diverting the U.S. Constitution? Or do have some secret memo that outlines Obama’s devotion to this country?

In 2006 the Honolulu Advisor called him an Indonesian Immigrant.
Doesn’t seem it bothered the Kenyan too much either or he would have asked for a correction.
This will be interesting.
The last thing Behar needed was her own talk show. I only watched her when Orly was on. I will never watch it again.

Dreams From My Father was published in 1995. That’s where the ‘born in Hawaii to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Obama sr’ story originates...he would hardly describe himself as Kenya-born AFTER the book was released, would he?
Darn it. I will have to read the book. Where in it, does he SAY he was born? Anywhere?

Screencaps of the entire Honolulu Advisor story that called him an Indonesian Immigrant. BTW, The story is about Tammy Duckworth but Obama is mentioned as another foreign born politician.
