TODAY WE CALL IT OBAMACARE. In 1993, we called it Hillarycare. A more accurate name would be Rockefellercare. Since the 1980s, Americas leading promoter of medical rationing has been Democrat Senator John D. Rockefeller IV of West Virginia, better known as Jay Rockefeller. The Rockefeller clan has long sought to use medicine as an instrument of population control. Dynasty founder John D. Rockefeller, the legendary oil tycoon who created Standard Oil, poured money into eugenics projects, designed to purify the human race by preventing undesirables from breeding. The Hastings Center -- which received start-up money both from the Rockefeller Foundation and from John D. Rockefeller III personally -- pioneered end-of-life care as we know it today. Healthcare Dictatorship Jay Rockefeller has followed in his fathers footsteps. He is leading the charge for Obamacare. As Chairman of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on Health Care, he is currently pushing a bill that will strip Congress of authority over federal health spending. Rockefeller's proposed MedPAC Reform Act of 2009 would transfer that power to a secretive committee of experts. A May 20 press release from Rockefeller's office said that the new law would reform MedPAC as an executive agency modeled after the Federal Reserve Board. In its current form, MedPAC merely advises Congress on Medicare spending. The new MedPAC nicknamed MedPAC on Steroids will tell Congress what to do. |

Exactly who will decide what is “desirable”? Exactly what makes these people think they are so perfect. Perhaps Hitler left behind some reference materialto help them figure it out. Shameful.
Health Care Reform (HCR) is a direct assault on individual liberties. I think that is its main purpose.
That means that health care providers have no individual rights. The collective right of the people to receive health care would supersede the provider's individual right to set their fees, their hours or change their occupational status or even decide how to apply their skills and knowledge. A collective right, by practical definition, is a state right because it is a right that is provided by the government to all not protected by the government as something possessed by each person. It is also a state right because it supersedes the individual rights of others when the two come into conflict.
It isn't stated in any of the bills that a patient's rights to care supersedes a provider's right to set fees and hours etc, but it doesn't need to. Rights are always adjudicated in the courts. The legislation simply establishes the foundation for the courts to rule in favor of the patient's collective right to health care.
Weiners view is collectivist, fascist and totalitarian. Collectivist because it is superior to an individual right. Fascist because it is overseen by one entity the Federal government. Totalitarian because the Federal government is the true possessor of this collective right and the administrator and enforcer of it as well.
Congressman Weiner's view is the underlying philosophy of the entire Health Care Reform legislation the House and Senate have put forth. Consider the setting up of community watch dogs to monitor various health parameters of citizens in the Senate version of the bill. Look at pages 382 - 393.
TITLE IQUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS
Even the citizens themselves will be subject to state set regulations on their behavior in order to fulfill the human right of universal health care. It isn't the individual's liberty that is being protected by that it is the state's control over its health care system that is being guarded. How much clearer can it be that these bills abrogate the concept of individual rights?

These people are monsters.
It is interesting that the same people who are so avid for population control through abortions and birth control and denial of medical services also seem to be avid for something like unlimited immigration, excepting white Europeans. Margaret Sanger, the Mother of Eugenics for weeding out “inferior” types of humans has been stood on her head. The purpose now is to weed out the most successful varieties of humanity, except, I guess, among the Ruling Class but the RC is weeding itself out by not breeding.
Forced devolution? That brings some logical sense to the love of Mao and Che that seems so ubiquitous in 0bama’s circle.
...out to kill us all, it seems. If they can't do it one way, they will another. They want their perfect world...with only themselves in it.
When the Rapture happens, they may well get their wish.
