PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL---Our news partners at the Sun Sentinel report:
U.S. Rep. Robert Wexler, who represents Broward and Palm Beach counties, plans to resign from Congress.
He plans to announce his plans at a news conference Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Boca Raton.
A Democratic source with knowledge of Wexler's plans said he is likely to take a public policy job that deals with the Middle East.
Wexler, a senior member of the House Foreign Relations Committee, has long been involved in issues involving Israel and Turkey.

Thanks for jogging my memory. As I remember the DNC had hired a Texas telemarketing firm. A dark episode in U.S. history. And they almost pulled it off.
Unbelievably, nine years later, we are again on the brink of becoming a banana republic.
I guess it about 4 years or less, that I handled eve. pt basis, political surveys via phone, and one of the areas was FL in an election unseating an oldtimer for a new one. All I heard from the older Jewish women in condos were that Robert Wexler told the condo assoc head who to have them vote for—and they did. We just do what Robert tells us to do. Seriously.

I wonder why no story mentions the Baltimore connection? It does add intrigue to the Wexler resignation. I wonder what the FBI or SS learned?
