How and when did Muslims get into this country?
Hm. I seem to remember that she ran off to be with her boyfriend, and that she was simply using “became a Christian” as an excuse for staying away from home and with her boyfriend. I recall some pretty immodest photos of her with her boyfriend — kinda stuck in my mind.
Does anyone else remember that?

I could be thinking of another Muslim girl who ran away from home to be with her boyfriend, but gave the excuse that she was afraid for her life.
I’ve done some googling, and this girl seems like the real deal, an on-fire Christian.

As many as 5,000 women and girls lose their lives — most at the hands of family members — in “honour killings” around the world each year, according to the United Nations.
Up to a dozen have died for the same reason in Canada in the last decade, and it’s happening more often, says Amin Muhammad, a psychiatrist who studies honour killings at Memorial University in Newfoundland.
“There are a number of organizations which don’t accept the idea of honour killing; they say it’s a Western-propagated myth by the media, but it’s not true,” he says. “Honour killing is there, and we should acknowledge it, and Canada should take it seriously.”
Kingston, Ont., police are now investigating that as a motive in the deaths of three teenage sisters and an older female relative who were found in a car submerged in the Rideau Canal in Kingston on June 30. The girls’ mother, father and brother were arrested on Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder.

It appears she will be sent to Ohio where she will be placed into foster care, at least for the time being. Psych evaluations are ordered for her and her parents. If she is returned to her family, I imagine she’ll run away again at the first opportunity. Hopefully, she’ll get that chance if that happens.

Nearly every day, the Orthodox Church commemorates martyrs, most of whom were killed by ancient Romans or by Muhammadans.
The tortures inflicted on the martyrs by either Romans or muslims were brutal beyond imagining. Why would anyone do such things to other human beings, just because they would not renounce Christianity? Yet the Romans and the muslims really did such things. And the muslims in our own day did such things in Bosnia and in Kosovo to Serbian Christians, and they do them even to their own people if they violate sharia or convert to Christianity.

I do not believe that Muslims, as individuals, are practicing Satanists: I believe they are practicing what St.Paul referred to as the religion of the Unknown God. Some I have know truly long for God, but they do not know that the Allah they pray to bears no resemblance to the Allah of the Koran.
I have faith in the Holy Spirit, who is active, and wooing the world, and will bring Muslims to Himself (and is doing so now in miraculous ways).

This judge was given the opportunity to protect her, but failed, regardless of her course of action, IF ANY unfortunate consequence results, I hope that he will face criminal charges for either his ignorance or more likely, his anti-Christian bigotry.
A safe shelter for her, is a place where she can openly study the Word and grow in her Christian faith, without having to live in fear... ever.
