Had Cheerios this am, myself! IMO, corn flakes are to crumble for chicken or pork chops...
My mom uses them for her apple tart:
Put the flakes in a big baggie.
Squish them with a rolling pin.
Cover the bottom crust.
Add the apples.
Put on top crust and bake.
Most delicious thing I've ever had.
