"Obama presents a comedy writer with the potential
for endless comedic situations. Obama is a unique character
who offers a buffet of satire...
"

Apparently, they see it differently.

If SNL won’t do it, maybe South Park will. Nothing is sacred there.

Right on! I'm waiting and hoping for South Park to get into the mix soon.

This, from a man who hasn’t done, or said, *anything* funny, in over two decades.

At least, not in English.

"Chevy Chase" is hip and edgy (at least, circa the 70s)

"Corny Chase" is an emcee at a standup comedy joint. And a bad one at that.

I taped it this past week and could not believe how bad the skits were. I actually thought, can’t Drew Barrymore just walk away from this or say no? Pathetic.

Obama is a unique character who offers a buffet of satire, pregnant with possibilities.

He's not the only one. With his great cause crumbling around him, Algore provides much material for comedy as more and more data contradict his cause, and his declaration that the facts are in and the debate is over. It's Baghdad Bob stuff, but they won't touch it because they'd be on board with the global warming hoax.

The Obama skit from two weeks ago was funny. They had a golden opportunity to build on it last Saturday...and they dropped the ball. I’m surprized they did the followup. It wasn’t that funny.

I don’t know anyone whose political opinion stems from SNL. Heck I barely know anybody who’s watched it since the mid 80s.

I’m sure this will be considered if they ever implement the “Fairness Doctrine”. /sarc
