The Constitution is a contract among the states and a contract with a CREATED ENTITY called the general or federal government.

To give that created entity the final and sole authority to interpret that contract is stupendously stupid, and it is NOT what the founders set up.

State Sovereignty is the solution, of course.

We just need one state to be the first to say "No".
It won't be the last.

Aside from the fact that the Obama’s appointment of some lesbian to the EEOC has virtually nothing to do with the Constitution, except that its his appointment to make as head of the executive branch, just what do you think the Founders were doing when they put Article III, Sec. 2 in the Constitution, making a suggestion, just kidding, what? In the America you want to create, were the Founders wrong?

Absolutely. Only in incremental precedences have the Leftists turned the tables to where we are today. It appears the days of hoping to change the course back to the founders vision incrementally are gone.

It’s going to take one big whup-ass to get the job done now.
