This is outrageous. I believe we really are experiencing a bloodless coup.

Our representatives need to be forced to ask questions about Obama's Social Security fraud recorded in this affadavit dated September 30, 2009.

Look at the document at the link.

Q20: Are Social Security numbers reused after a person dies?

A: No. We do not reassign a Social Security number (SSN) after the number holder's death. Even though we have issued over 415 million SSNs so far, and we assign about 5 and one-half million new numbers a year, the current numbering system will provide us with enough new numbers for several generations into the future with no changes in the numbering system.

Symantec didn’t alert - I have the “industrial strength” version from work... I’ve never gotten an alert from that website. (no problems on the ‘puter either.)

He never lived in Connecticut.
But of course, if his ‘papers’ were not in order, ie birth certificate, citizenship papers were lacking, he might have trouble getting where he needed to go.

After having been an Indonesian citizen as the adopted son of Lolo Soetoro, I understand he would have had to been reinstated as a US citizen ...Indonesia did not recognize dual citizenship—and only Indonesian “citizens” were allowed to attend school there, as O did—Messy stuff....

...well, so maybe somebody stateside pulled some “strings”...and got O fixed up w/ a SS#.....I mean let’s get real fake Ids and SS# are the purvey of the black market ( NOT racially intended people!!), not exactly unusual...

Scial Security numbers have been, or will be recycled at some point. Do the math... The SS number is nine digits, 111-11-1111. IF they are issued ‘one up’ (they aren’t) that would allow for 999,999,999 (a billion). Take a look at this link for details on the makeup of a SS number:

http://genealogy.about.com/library/blsocialsecurity.htm

True, SS didn’t exist in 1890, but folks born in 1890 could well have been around when SS was implemented, and would have needed some manner of identifier...

I got a BIG yellow window warning about getting unwanted spyware and other programs.

I dont have my anti-virus set on high, so it is unusual to get something like that.

I was just giving everyone a heads-up. Not a big deal.

Regarding the EO...seems to me that only Federal officials and employees are subject to EO strictures. SO all the foot dragging in HI is a result of STATE law, not the EO. That may be the same for the college records and such, as well.

The Fed assigned a previously used SS# and recycled it to Zero?

They do not "recycled" SS#

I wonder what he was doing in CT in 1977. His mother must have been using his name in one of her many, many property scams. Wonder if that was the scam that the IRS nailed her on.

Interesting:
David Sweeney, Jr. is the closest thing we have to the first person to have received a Social Security card although his status is more symbolic than actual. Mr. Sweeney was the son of a wealthy factory owner, and had grown up in a 15-room Westchester County home staffed with servants. In an effort to learn the family business, Mr. Sweeney was working as a shipping clerk for his father at the time he filled out his application for a social security card. The Sweeneys were Republicans and the whole family voted for Landon in 1936, although John Jr. allowed that he liked the new Social Security program even though he didn’t think much of the New Deal. John Sweeney died of a heart attack in 1974 at the age of 61 without ever receiving any benefits from the social security program; however, his widow was able to receive benefits based on his work until her death in 1982.

The Low-Number Holder:
Concord, New Hampshire, resident Grace D. Owen was issued the first card typed in Concord, which because of the numbering scheme happened to be the card with the lowest possible number: 001-01-0001. Owen received the number after it had been offered (as an honor) and declined by both John G. Winant, Social Security board chairman, and John Campbell, Federal Bureau of Old Age Benefits’ regional representative for the Boston region.

..........But “worked his way” through college and law school? The only back-up the campaign provided for this claim was a quote from Obama’s book “Dreams from My Father” having to do with a construction job he had one summer while he was in college, and an article mentioning his job as a summer associate one year at a big Chicago law firm. We asked campaign spokesman Tommy Vietor if Obama held jobs during the school year, or other summer jobs, but he said only, “He had the two jobs I told you about.” Unless Obama had a good bit more employment than his spokesman was able to describe for us, it’s a real stretch to claim he “worked his way” through school.

Update, July 25(2008): Three weeks after we posted this story, the Obama campaign listed some additional jobs the candidate held during his college years. Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor said that Obama had three summer jobs Vietor didn’t tell us about for our original article: one at a gift shop in Hawaii after his first year of college; another making sandwiches at a deli counter, also in Hawaii; and a third with a company that processed health records of police or firefighters. In addition, Vietor said, during one school year Obama worked as a telemarketer selling New York Times subscriptions over the phone. Without additional information, which we have asked for but which, so far, has not been provided by the campaign, we haven’t been able to independently verify this information..

The affidavit doesn’t explain why she thinks the SS number was assigned to the Obama who is now President, or to any Obama for that matter, or why she thinks the number was previously assigned.

The govt did not assign him a recycled number. Govt does not do that. It wasn’t issued to him at all, as SS#’s are issued according to the state you were born in, etc. It is called Identity theft.

It is all documented in the Orly case. Like I stated, I “believe”, I am not certain of the number. But it is easily found at her site.

1890?? social security didn’t exist at that time

But people were born in 1890 and when social security came on line in the 30's people could apply for a SS# number

The first Social Security office opened in October 14, 1936

Social Security taxes were collected first in January 1937

The first person to receive a Social Security benefit was in January 1937. This was a one-time, lump-sum pay

The first person to receive monthly retirement benefits was in January 31, 1940

If it is indeed the case, YES. Perhaps another reason to have signed the exec. order, his first act in office, sealing all records and documents?
