>>Well, then I suggest you clean up your own house before you criticize those of us who are actually fighting abortions!!!
You need to take a deep breath and relax. No one is criticizing the Catholics for fighting abortion. We are criticizing them for NOT fighting the communist takeover of the USA.
If you don’t want people to comment on things you post, you really shouldn’t post. This isn’t called FREE Republic for nothing. If you do want them to comment, then learn to be respectful.
“them?”...and just what have you and/or YOUR RELIGIOUS done to “fight” communism?
FYI, genius, this Marine FOUGHT Communism in 1969 & 1970...and got my ass shot off for my service.
And there are THOUSANDS of Catholic missionaries throughout the world “fighting” communism in communist countries through prayer, practice & conversion of CATHOLICISM!!!
But I don't hear any congratulations from the likes of you and those like you!!!
shezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....
Wow! Exactly!
Semper Fi,
Kelly
Please pray for yourself too. You were abusive and disrespectful to every single person that commented on your post. You need to ask the Holy Spirit to help you be a better person.
>>Here’s a list of 44 Catholic bishops against Obamacare.
Thanks for posting that. Those 44 really do “get it”.
I don’t need lectures from the likes of you, missy.
LOL!
Thanks for that link. I could find it the other day!
This is happening already. While the Hyde Amendment does in fact "ban" federal funding of abortions it remains true that Planned Parenthood gets a ton of federal funding which it uses to perform abortions.

They also use the claim that “none of this money will fund abortions”, but it is used for other functions in the organization that free up money from other sources for abortions. It’s all a big shell game.
Let the excommunications begin.
Yep - name names of all congressmen and women (including Nancy”I’m a catholic” Pelosi) who WILL BE EXCOMMUNICATED if they support murdering of babies through funds in this bill!
It’s time that the Catholics and ALL Christians stood up for what is RIGHT!
???????????????
I think you are a bit oversensitive.
Abortion is a sin. So is murder by benign neglect.
So is stealing - whether it involves other people’s health benefit costs, or other people’s countries.
I would suggest the good bishops expand their list of complaints against Obama Hussein and his Congressional henchmen in this health legislation.
As for the other Churches, I can’t speak for them, but most Christian denominations are hardly worth paying any attention to these days. Do you think I should take seriously what some church thinks about ordaining lesbian clerics?
The Catholic Church is probably one of the more worthwhile Christian institutions left. What I was offering was constructive criticism, not a attack.
But the only way to literally go to Hell is to die in a state of unrepentant mortal sin.
You seem to be alive ...
So ... I'll quote you the shortest and best sermon I've ever heard. It was delivered by a military chaplain, FWIW.
That sermon has stuck with me for almost 30 years, and serves as a reminder to frequent the Sacrament of Confession.
