Jeb Bush praises Obama on education [hurl]

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) reached across the aisle to praise President Obama on education reform this morning.

President Obama has angered teachers' unions by supporting merit pay, a policy that would pay teachers based on their students' test scores.

Obama has also called for a longer school year, while teachers' unions have proposed shorter school weeks to prevent layoffs.

"I am very, very encouraged, and excited that the president has taken on a core constituency of his party, which is the teachers union," Bush said on MSNBC's Morning Joe.

rabs says he voted for that anti-American loser Chuckie Baldwin.

Let's see: McCain hangs out at an ACORN/SEIU event in South Florida and tells the "community organizers" that they "make America special"...and you're bitching at me for voting for a real conservative?

Excuse me?

And don't even get me started on his love for La Raza and Albanian Islamofascist terrorists.

Regardless if he is telling the truth or not

And why exactly would you suggest that I'm lying, newbie?

his non support of McCain and Sarah was the same thing as actively supporting Obama.

With that sort of logic, you could also say that I was actively supporting McCain. But, since I'm not George Soros, it's kinda hard for me to support both McCain and Obama (with my vote, obviously) at the same time.

I hereby promise to support the GOP candidate in 2012 no matter who he or she may be

So does that mean you'd vote for a Communist with an R after his name? Are you really that stupid, or are you just a pliant, brainless tool, shilling for your RNC masters?

I agree with your take on this. I have argued both sides of this argument in the past though, with some extenuating circumstances.

I do understand both sides of the argument, even if I do come down on your side. The left is so fricken bad these days, it’s hard not to vote against them even if your guy is a McCain. Still, I can’t go for the McCain types any longer.

The candidates either stand for the right, or they can go proud sand.

You have a way of bringing out the RINOs and Democrat crossover voters who troll here, rabs. No doubt about it. Progressives are everywhere these days.

A party firster tells rabscuttle385: “I hereby promise to support the GOP candidate in 2012 no matter who he or she may be”

PARTY FIRST!~SIEG HEIL! That’s the scariest thing I’ve ever read on FR and is indicative of all that is wrong in this country.

Just like the unending support for rino’s like Doyle and Frist who are selling us out in support of Obama.

Chuck Baldwin is a blame America first Ron Paul disciple. You and your kind are not conservatives, but American hating libertarians.

With that sort of logic, you could also say that I was actively supporting McCain. But, since I'm not George Soros, it's kinda hard for me to support both McCain and Obama (with my vote, obviously) at the same time.

Every vote not for McCain put Obama that much closer to victory. Your ilk are just as responsible for that victory as his active supporters.

So does that mean you'd vote for a Communist with an R after his name? Are you really that stupid, or are you just a pliant, brainless tool, shilling for your RNC masters?

The GOP will never elect a commie for office. That's the job of you faileo-cons.

The GOP will never elect a commie for office.

No, you'll just try to elect one who calls them (e.g., Kennedy, Kerry, Lieberman, Levin, Feingold, Clinton, Obama) his "friends."
