Is Martial Law Coming to Your State?
All Voices ^ | 9/10/09 | Write4Life

I have repeatedly written articles about the complete disregard for the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts's as well as the disregard for the United States Constitution by elected officials in this State. Today, however, Massachusetts goes above and beyond into what can only be viewed as a true case of Big Brother knocking down the doors of American citizens. Today, by a vote of 113-36, the Massachusetts's House voted to grant the State's Governor the ability to force residents into mandatory vaccination in the event the Governor feels so inclined. It also grants him the right to declare martial law, to allow law officials the right to force themselves into a home without a warrant and to "contain" people for refusal to receive vaccinations. The bill also allows the State government to limit supply and distribution of antitoxins, serums, vaccines and antibiotics if it feels it is necessary, quarantine large areas of people and it mandates pharmacists report increases in antibiotic prescriptions.

if there are any conservatives in that state then why on earth would they live there at all.

When I say conservatives I mean those who believe in traditional marriage, normal families, small Govt, strong defence and not with the union

It's hard to comprehend that this is happening in America. Mass is the test tube lab for the rest of the country. And eventually, those "vaccinations" are going to contain more than anti-virus substances, of that I have little doubt.

There are bound to be a few members of Slytherin House that don’t hold with Lord Voldemort and the Death Eaters. Why they would stay there is an excellent question, though.

I was born here and cannot bring myself to leave. I do not know what it will take for the totally whacked out crazies to stop voting for the loons making these decisions. ...I cannot understand it (that's probably a good thing)! People are so liberal here, they cannot say when someone is doing a poor job - it might hurt their feelings, or look racist, or seem judgmental.

It is time for patriots to get out of that state, along with MD, CA, WA, OR,MI, NJ, NY,and a couple others. Now, they are playing with your very lives and the ability to escape.

Time for us to regroup!

I respect that. I just think its time for all who are holding the state together to get out, let it collapse under its own weight, and then return to re establish it. Those who feel as you do (and rightly so, about your home state I might add) are only delaying the inevitable collapse and ultimate rebuilding of a once great state!

I am originally from NJ, so I totally understand........

We have been asking the same thing for a while now. If we were not here lobbying in Boston, writing letters, visiting our reps. offices and homes, the senate version would have gone through and it is much more draconian than the one that passed the house.

I understand your sentiment but it raises some questions. How many times do people run before they take a stand and say enough? How many states do people allow to violate the Constitution by running before they stand their ground and say no more? Where do they regroup to that won't be effected by such unconstitutional acts?

And MA. (and Patrick) are going to get "WHO" to enforce this?

The State Police, the Sherriffs or National Guard?

This will play out very interesting and very bad for those who attempt this for as far left and loony as MA. is, I imagine there are a few people (who are armed) who will not acquiesce peacefully to this Unconstitutional invasion of their private property and I predict it will get very ugly.

One can only hope for a quick legal challenge and that the Courts will bitch-slap these clueless legislative, moonbats'.

One scenario that keeps presenting itself is the Libtards pushing Communism on us so hard that we rebel. Then they can use that reaction (whatever form it might take) as an excuse for martial law. Then they would begin complete tyranny, which is what they’ve wanted all along.

Pelosi, Reid, Obama are all little potential tyrants.

That is the million dollar question, my FRiend. All I know is there are so few of them in the states I have listed that there will be no resistance in those areas. While no state is immune, some are more prepared than others to stand and fight due to the mindset of the citizens. I know we sure could use a few hundred thousand patriots in FL, and TX, OK, MT and WY will probably lead the way. At the very least, when this whole mess blows up for real, I personally would prefer not to be surrounded by zombies....

After one more minute of thought, surely more than my reps put into it, will the quarantines apply for everyone EXCEPT the illegals. The governor has made the hands-off policy very clear; the State cops can't even detain illegals when stopped for driving violations.

I am as well. I am an American. I love my whole country, as I know you do. Just different schools of thought on what would be best for her. Not party, not state. I just feel that some states right now are a lost cause and may have to collapse under failed socialist policies before being revamped. MI is close, MA is as well. The useless eaters far outweigh the useful.

Sometimes the most loving thing you can do, and the most painful, is allow something/someone you love to fail; not to leave them down, but to save them.......

It’s up to the citizens of MA to rid their house of vermin or move to a sane state.

BTW, the legislative passed is not unusual. In the early 20th century, people who contracted communicable diseases like small pox were quaranteed by government decree. If you want to rid yourself of this law, demand that all people who have AIDS be rounded up and placed in sanitoriums.
