Try reading the constitution. To start with firing a CEO of a private corporation is unconstitutional, an impeachable offense, a crime. Taking over a private enterprise, even without firing a CEO, is a crime because it is unconstitutional, an impeachable offense. He has committed others, the stimulus bill for instance, by signing this unconstitutional bill he has committed another impeachable offense, this time however the legislature is as guilty as he is.
Appointing Czars, even though other presidents have done so, is also unconstitutional as it by passes the legislature and by passes elected officials of any kind. All Presidents who have appointed Czars or Czar like positions have committed an impeachable offense.
To add to that, all he has to really do to be impeached, if we had a legislature that would do it, is to behave badly, which he has done from the git go, that is the definition of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors", bad behavior. Incompetence is actually, whether you believe it or not, another impeachable offense.
Feel free to feel educated and, as I pointed out at first, read the constitution and try to find where any of the crap he is pulling is constitutional.
BTW, passing a nationalized health care bill is unconstitutional, as is pushing it(as Bozo has done repeatedly) onto the American people and ignoring the will of the majority of the voting public. Impeachable offenses.
I think dissolution, organized civil war, concentration camps or a combination are more likely than impeachment.
This is not an attempt at hyperbole - the present crises will attain critical mass long before politicians act with integrity.

There is no need for impeachment. Remove him from office today and hold him for trial on fraud and conspiracy and other major crimes.
I certainly find your list interesting, but the most serious mistake obuma made was in the stimulus money for the states. In that legislation, state legislatures were given the power by the federal government to ignore any objections by state governors. This, in fact, illegally nullified the elected office of governor in every state.
Now that is outright sedition committed by obuma and every congresscritter who voted for that. So impeachment is not the answer.
What’s needed is an American-style Nuremburg trial to indict and punish the seditious left in this country.
Marines can't arrest the President.
First, Marines arresting anybody on US soil is a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.
Second, any Marine arresting the President would be violating his oath of enlistment and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Third, the Constitution prescribes the only way for removing a sitting President -- which happens to be impeachment, not military coup.

Exactly. It’s a stupid idea for so many reasons.
As with guns, he’s the most effective salesman around for conservative principles of government. People HATE the statist redistribution schemes he comes up with. Why would you want him out of the public eye?
Impeachment, unless you are absolutely sure you could pull it off, just buys him sympathy and diverts attention from his policies.
If you WERE sure you could pull it off, you get the idiot Biden in office. While that might partially counter my other argument against removing Obama, it wouldn’t improve the status quo any either, so what’s the point of going to all that work and taking all that risk that it might work the other way?
That's an interesting thought. I hadn't considered they might just ask him nicely. I did consider they might stage an assassination, for several reasons.
First, the same reason I argued it was a bad idea for Republicans to push for impeachment: he's the best salesman for conservatism on the public stage. He's been an absolute disaster for the democrats. All he's doing is trying to advance the policies liberal Democrats have wanted for decades, but either he isn't very persuasive, or the electorate isn't as ready for Communism as the D's calculated. So as long as he's in place, he's a big problem for them.
Plus, if he's removed violently, his statist policy proposals would probably get a free ride for several months to a year while the spineless RINO's are too afraid to oppose anything on principle if it's something "Obama would have wanted".
Third, the race card is very close to expiring. A half black guy got elected to the highest office in the land. How many more times can they whip out that old canard and seriously expect people to buy it? If he were removed violently, the expiration on the race card gets changed to 09/9999. They'd NEVER have to stop using it. At least, that's probably the way THEY think it would play.
For all these reasons, I think the Republicans should provide Obama with the best security money can buy.
On what charge or authority? You can remove a sitting President one of two ways: impeachment and invoking Section 4 of the 25th Amendment. Arrest is not an option.
