Police seek naked backyard dancer in Lake Highlands

Dallas police are looking for a serial flasher in the Lake Highlands area.
Exposure incidents in the neighborhood, believed to involve the same man, might go back to 2005, according to police.

Once inside the backyard, he either danced naked, or if there was a swimming pool, swam naked. Once, he jumped up on a backyard air conditioning unit and danced atop it.
Descriptions have been spotty. Witnesses told police the man is white, about 30, about 6 feet tall, with pasty skin and a pudgy belly.

I once saw a guy posing nude on the concrete barrier on a cloverleaf freeway on-ramp. It was at night, and we only caught a glimpse of him as our headlights swept the curve.
I said to my friend who was with me, “did you see that, too?”
He did.
This happened back around 1982.
Note to Silicon Valley Freepers: this happened on the entrance to SB 280 from Foothill Expressway. We just figured it was a fraternity prank or some such.
