Wow. He makes this claim to a stranger who approaches him in Reagan National Airport. Can you believe anything this man says? Or, should I say, either man?

This is no small matter. We have been lead to believe that Obama's eloquence is his strength, his trump card. Is it possible that all of this is a charade? A gigantic lie?

Even if Bill Ayers makes a full, public and official confession regarding this, how do you verify it outside of this claim?

Who is Anne Leary? As I said in another post, I sent this blockbuster story to a bunch of conservative friends yesterday, but they all replied back with “This is great, but who is Anne Leary?” I can’t seem to find out much info on her on the net.

Anne is a conservative blogger out of Chicago who ran into Ayers at Regan National, got his picture, asked him about his authorship of the Obama autobiography, and got the noted comments. In other words, she's a direct witness to an admission against interst, a person whose testimny would be admisible in a court proceeding involving authorship of Dreams.

Three ways: 1) The careful literary and textual analysis done by Jack Cashill which appears in a number of articles published over the last two years at The American Thinker where Cashill demonstrates the remarkable stylistic similarities between Ayers' numerous books and "Obama's" Dreams from my Father; 2) Andersen's very recent unauthorized biograpny of the Obmamas where he gives a highly detailed account of how and why Ayers was selected for the writing job and the materials that were furnished to him, aparently based on people who knew Michelle Obama quite well and to whom she told the story; and 3) The details Ayers wold give, particularly regarding Obmam's difficulty in producing the book on his own and how the rather unusual substantially non-chronological format of the "Obama" book, which closely resembles Ayers' own autobiography, was developed.
