Thanks to a special emailer for pointing to this incident.
Supposedly Al Qeada and other islamic groups are involved in these scams to raise money for terrorism. Jail them, deport their families and deport them after jail.

Just after 2:30 p.m., several of the handcuffed suspects were led into U.S. District Court on Broad Street in Utica and arraigned before Magistrate Judge David E. Peebles. Each pleaded not guilty after listening to the indictments be read aloud in Arabic.

They were being held Tuesday night in federal custody and were forced to turn in their passports.
None of the assistance card recipients was arrested, though officials say they would be working to exclude them from future benefits.
They need to deport them, and throw the recipients in jail.
