From my research into worldviews, this

my ministering is in the form of tax payments. The government has more information on where it is needed than I do, and it can certainly reach more people than I can.

is the worldview, assumptions, and view of government that a LEFTIST has.

That gov't knows enough to spend our money better than a local entity. That those in power are inherently better able to use the resources than a local entity.

Of course, without faith, you wouldn't trust a church, or God, for that matter, to make sure that the resources you "donate" (like taxes are donated, ha) go where they are needed and will be multiplied. I guess you have to put your faith somewhere, and it's pretty clear that yours is in the government.

So. I have no problem with admitting that in some views, I take what would be called a leftist or liberal perspective.

My faith is ultimately with God, as everything that happens, is His doing. I believe that one of the reasons He gave us governments, is so that large number of persons can be taken care of.
