Fascism and the rule of personality over the rule of law?

Count the TOTUS-reader and his eminence grise puppeteers in!

It is the eventual plan for the USA.

Though I’ve stated this few times before, I still consider the treatment of Honduras to be the single most egregious thing 0bama has actually *done*. By orders of magnitude, it will not affect us in the USA as much as whatever variation of gov’t health care might be passed and it won’t affect us as much as cap ‘n tax, but those things are not yet DONE.

this country has achieved more than any other country in history because we are free people

The left believes this country has achieved too much and must be chopped back. That is until they attain the total power they strive for. Then, in order to maintain succicient wealth America must become a predatory state a la Communist states, Incas, and other pirate states going back even to the Mycenaean Greeks.

Helvering v. Davis, 1937. Scotus abandoned Madison's view of limited powers under the general welfare clause and took up Hamiliton's by a 7-2 vote.

"The court would defer to Congress in determining what legislative acts served the general welfare. Congress itself would be the monitor of what Congress could do. . . . the Social Security Act did not violate the Tenth Amendment . . ." The Dirty Dozen pg.26.

There is little chance that Scotus will knock down any form of Obamacare. We have fallen so far and our institutions are so rotted I wonder how long they will stand.
