I agree with all you say, but the last - It's not that there isn't anything we can do about it, it's whether we have the 'nads do do what is necessary.

Our Founders gave us the example and the means, we've just been unwilling to act (so far). The FR posting Intellectual Ammo: Constitution Made Easy provides resources that can enlighten.
