ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE (AP) - President Barack Obama is "disappointed" Chicago missed getting the 20016 Olympic Games but doesn't regret putting so much on the line to argue for it, his chief spokesman said Friday.
Talking to reporters aboard Air Force One as Obama and his wife Michelle flew back to Washington, Robert Gibbs said Obama "feels obviously proud of his wife for the presentation that she made." Mrs. Obama had gone to Copenhagen ahead of her husband and had lobbied hard for the Summer Games to be brought to her hometown and his adopted hometown.

To paraphrase Conan “the beer can shaking marathon” when he attributed it to Paris Hilton.
Michelle Obama said some of her best memories were sitting on her fathers lap, cheering on Olga, Nadia, and Carl Lewis .. Her speechwriter needs to do much better. Carl Lewis first competed in the Olympics in 1984 when Michelle was twenty years old. She was bouncing on her fathers lap? Nadia Comaneci competed in 1976, when Michelle was twelve, and Olga Korbut in 1972, when Michelle was eight years old.
Conan can be pretty funny!
They dare anyone to questions their honesty.
Hah!
Actually, I’m pretty proud of the IOC, an institution I have never ever respected before! Even the people who were dumb enough to give the Olympics to Communist China were too smart to be fooled by Barry!

...and don’t forget the ever popular ‘Railroad Tie Beat Down’, that would have been a Gold for the US.
I found a lot more than that wandering around Copenhagen. LOL
I was thinking the same thing, but then that would require Obama to have class, which he seems severely lacking in...instead he had the typical narcissistic response of pouting. I wonder if he stomped his feet when no one was looking.
Bingo....and don't think that the rest of the world doesn't notice this either. These people are a disgrace to the country.
