Obama appointee ignored illicit sex: Why is Kevin Jennings still on the president's payroll?
Washington Times ^ | October 2, 2009 | Editorial

Posted on 10/01/2009 9:11:16 PM PDT by JohnRLott

Five years ago, Kevin Jennings - who now is President Obama's "safe schools czar" - threatened to sue another teacher who called him "unethical" in a Washington Times news article for ignoring a legal requirement to report a student's homosexual relations with an "older man." Mr. Jennings' lawyer wrote a letter stating that there was "no factual basis whatsoever for [the] claim" and that he was not "aware of any sexual victimization of any student, or that he declined to report any sexual victimization at any time."

But if you are trying to cover something up, you should not be so foolish as to go on and blabber about it in speeches or in books. Mr. Jennings' defense collapsed last week after Fox News discovered an audio tape from 2000 of Mr. Jennings recalling his discussions with "15-year-old" Brewster "to use a condom." The tape provided more details on the student's age, indicating that a statutory rape had occurred. Mr. Jennings' lawyer's letter stated that Brewster was 16-years-old.

On Wednesday afternoon, Mr. Jennings released a written statement conceding, "I can see how I should have handled this situation differently." . . .

Errr,,,,,Ummmmmm....because Obama had the same kind of gay relationships with older men when he was a teenager in Hawaii, and sees nothing wrong with them?

On the U.S. Amazon website, Jennings is not mentioned as having written the forward to “Queering Elementary Education,” published in 1999. But on the UK Amazon website, he’s still there....so far. At least we are getting a clear picture of the agenda here.

You should capture what it says on the Brit Amazon site.It could come in quite handy in the next couple of weeks, as Beck , Hannity and Levin might start to raise the issue stridently. They might need it.

ob is hell-bent on destroying this country...he will be stopped...failure is not an option. Remember this at the 2010 elections...support conservative Republicans who believe in and support the Constitution, support them financially, distribute their literature, get the word out, devote yourself to this cause like your life depended on it..’cause it does.

failure is not an option.

Please don't use that phrase. If I'm interviewing someone for a job and they used that, they would lose the job on the spot.

In my lengthy experience as an employer, the guys using that line...fail.

You are free to use any phrase you choose. This is not a job interview and I am not interviewing for a job. We are in the fight of our lives to regain the United States of America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. If we fail to do so, we lose everything we hold near and dear to us. Failure to do so is not an option to those of us who believe in and uphold the Constitution. If George Washington, General U. S. Grant, General Eisenhower, any soldier in any battle for that matter, were to think like you do, where the hell would we as a country be today. End of comment.

“Don’t like the Patriot Act, nor Muslim nutters looking for a glorious end. At some point, the Nation and it’s elected leaders are going to have to stop the PC dialog and confront the real issue. It would also be helpful if Islam had it’s own reformation.”

To make it even better, none other than our favorite Weatherman, Billy Ayers wrote a blurb on the cover of the book. Just lovely.

No accident that the 'education' part is in smaller type in a darker color, receding into the background. Because many people might not notice that till they purchased it, thinking they bought 'Queering Education'. Just imagine who are the people who would be enticed by the title 'Queering Elementary Education'. Ugh. As though young, pre-pubescent children need to be sexualized in any way... Disgusting.
