The top five U.S. hospitals conduct more clinical trials than all the hospitals in any other developed country. Since the mid- 1970s, the Nobel Prize in medicine or physiology has gone to U.S. residents more often than recipients from all other countries combined. The US has,by far,the best health care system in the world.I know this thanks to a 20+ year career at Boston's largest hospital. No,our system isn't perfect but it's no coincidence that when a person from Europe,Asia,South America (and *particularly* Canada) has a serious disease *and* $$$ he/she doesn't go to the UK,Canada,France or Cuba for care but to the USA.
It's *not* a coincidence.Even the multi millionaire,Micheal Moore will tell you that.

Me: Then what country is?
She: I don’t know.
Me: And based on what criteria?
She: “ “
