Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said there's no reason for Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) to apologize for his "Die quickly" remark, since Republicans have made statements just as outrageous as his.
"If anybody's going apologize, everybody should apologize," Pelosi told reporters at her weekly press conference. "We are holding Democrats to a higher standard than their own members."
Democrats like Grayson spread hateful lies -- and no apology is necessary.
Just the way it is.
Someone should have yelled out “See you next Tuesday”

I think what she means is the Republicans are holding the Dems to a higher standard. (It would be nice if we didn’t have to translate.) Anyway, whatever she means to say, it’s hilarious. Since when have the dems been held to any standard at all?

She is correct. He was just being a Democrat. It looks like that sooner or later our side would realize the extent of their hatered toward us. The law won’t allow them to kills us yet. But that is subject to change.Soon.

Yup. He rode the Obama Craze wave into office in what’s essentially a Disney (family/ conservative) district, 52-47. He’d’ve been unlikely to win ANYway in 2010, even without this boorish behavior. Perhaps he knows this, and therefore is making the most (worst?) of his short stay.
Republicans have wished no such thing on people, either in writing or voice. Their statements have been quite the opposite and FOR life. Grayson was grabbing for wild sound bytes and got them.
