The previous administration did not have a good relationship with France when Jacque Chirac was the leader then. I guess things will stay the same with Sarkozy as leader.

Sarkozy is just upset that they all went over to Obama's for dinner expecting the traditional fine French cuzine and french wine, and got corn bread, chitlin's and fried chicken, with black eyed peas and sweet potato pie- and lobster instead, and a Bud to wash it down.
