"they cannot get you for citing the Supreme law of the Land as law, now can they?"

In a college debate or a Heritage Foundation symposium, perhaps not. Debate against political thuggery in an open forum with few rules of civility and no rules governing acknowledgment of valid arguments, 'they' can 'get' you with any political point they wish to assert.

Fox News and AP are reporting that the council in Hardin voted to take prisoners of Guantanamo Bay after it closes.

Please see this:

http://www.crushingchris.com/blog/?tag=american-police-force

"The server for APF’s website happens to host Defense Product Solutions’ website. This company registered its domain name way back on June 19, 2009. Note that both APF and DPS use the double-headed eagle for their corporate logos. AlliedDefenseSystems.com (registered March 2007) appears to be a related site. This website’s administrative contact is Mohammad Abdalla. Mr. Abdalla is listed as the COO for this company in Anaheim, CA."

"Here’s where it gets more strange. The admin e-mail is for a Mr. Edward Angelino, who just happens to be listed as a small business contact for Defense Logistics Services, Inc., a company that appears to be providing foreign military sales support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Angelino has an interesting tracking record when it comes to both lawsuits and government contracts."

This site has a lot more information.

But, should that happen, I should expect the People to realize that it was for purely political reasons... and respond forcefully.

From the stories out there, here is what I see as fact, untrue and questions needing answers.

Facts...

American Police Force group is trying to get control of the Hardin prison facility. They have said they want to house inmates and set up a training camp.

The agency running the empty prison is trying to get the bondholders to approve a contract. The bondholders have so far refused to allow the contract.

APF officials showed up in Hardin driving Mercedes SUVs with Hardin Police Department decals on them. They removed the decals after city officials objected.

A “captain” Michael Hilton is in charge of APF in Hardin. An AP reporter found a “Captain Michael” in the Santa Ana office, who claimed that his boss was a retired US Army Colonel “Richard Culver.”

APF has hired a Billings Gazette reporter, Becky Shay as their (incoherent) PR person. One report claimed they will pay her $60k per year.

APF’s lawyer is Maziar Mafi, an Iranian-American who ran for congress as a democrat in 2000.

Untrue...

APF is forcibly vaccinating people in Hardin for H1N1. There is nothing in any news story to indicate this.

APF is running a private police force in Hardin. Apart from the decals on their vehicles, there has been no evidence they have done any patrolling, arrests or other police work.

The city council disbanded the sheriff’s office. Not possible. The sheriff patrols Hardin and the city council could end the agreement to provide police services for the city. Per at least one news story, they have not taken any action.

They were sent by the Obama administration to privatize the police department. No evidence.

Unresolved questions...

Who controls the company? It appears to be a small operation run by Michael Hilton. They have a small office in a building in Santa Ana, CA. Their supposed Washington, DC headquarters is in a virtual office which serves as a mail drop and phone forwarding facility.

Who is Michael Hilton? He claims to be a naturalized American citizen from Montenegro.

Is there a Richard Culver? One Freeper came up with a link to an Australian security specialist, but he would not likely be a former US Army colonel.

What do they intend to do with the prison? Who will they house? Who will they be training in their proposed training facility?

Is there a parent company? The spokespeople have said APF is part of a security company founded in 1984.

_________

In my view, investigators should look for the money. These folks are doing this to make a quick buck. They either have a contract lined up to use the prison or a buyer. Alternatively, there is some sort of contingency fund they can loot once they control the property.

“no one is going to force the general population to get vaccinated. “

Might want to get up to speed on the MANDATORY “pricks” to ALL New Jersey young school children.

States mandating vaccinations for children to attend school have been around for many years. Are you referring to this expansion?

The requirement applies to children between 6 months and 5 years who are attending licensed day care and preschool programs.
Children attending preschool is not the same as the general population. It is not the same as what the article describes,
The new federal law that is in place makes gives you four choices in regards to this new shot. One, you can voluntarily take it or you can refuse and be taken to a place to be quarantined, or as an alternative; if you refuse, you can have a chip placed in you to track you or a tracking bracelet which cannot be taken off. The state borders will be manned and locked down in the near future in regards to this mandatory shot.

Again, the mortality rate would have to be much higher before there would be mandatory vaccinations for the general population. And the government mandating that those who refuse to "have a chip placed in you" is outright nonsense.

But, should that happen, I should expect the People to realize that it was for purely political reasons... and respond forcefully.

In this forum, that would not be an unexpected phenomenon. Or, they might simply lurk, expecting you capable of defending yourself (which I’m sure you are).

I think it is more like Bambam knows he has one term because he will have to qualify for a second term.

One or two court cases don’t settle a matter this big, but you might want to read these.

There is something going on all right, our town was attacked by 16 paraplegics who parachuted in and captured the county airport. No statements have been issued but it is my understanding that they are lead scouts in an invasion force numbering in the trillions!

This will be my last communication as I am about to be overrun. Tell mom and dad that I will go down fighting!

.... I (Leilani) have been told that the man who came with this new security force as the captain, has a thick Russian accent.

Ya gotta use the Investigateworld sure fire test: Have the suspected subject repeat the following: "Natasha, where are Moose and Squirrel?".

Are there any FReepers in the area that can go to Hardin, conduct some surveillance, gather intelligence and then give us first-hand information?

you say “”I’m a Serb and I can tell you that it is indeed the Serbian Coat of Arms they’re using. “

and so it is - For the AMERICAN Police Force?

Either this is a giant scam on the town - or something is happening that should raise the hackles...

You ask: “Why would Obama privatize the police force? That does not compute?”

Are you serious? Have you be out of country or something for the past year or so?
