Which guy are they referring to? Captain Michael Hilton whose real name is Miodrag Dokovich? Emad (aka, Edward) Angelino (with connections to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)? Mohammad Abdalla? Maziar Mafif, the attorney for APF? So far, these are the main players in APF. What little U.S. town wouldn't want Middle Easterners policing their streets and maintaining a state of the art prison to throw disruptive citizens in?
