“otherwise they will be kicked out of class” Ya mean no educational Malpractice will be visited on them?

I presume this is the standard flu vaccine and not the H1N1 vaccine?

How long until it comes to the people's republic of California? :(
(no sarcasm) I really worry for my niece, her mother is an egghead that doesn't understand the agenda of the left .

This flu doesn’t seem any worse than a normal flu

Interesting. I thought the H1N1 flu vaccine wasn’t ready yet. So are they making them get the standard flu vaccine, the one that isn’t recommended for healthy people because the risk is greater than the slim chance of the flu really hurting you?

New Jersey State Vaccine Requirements
A written statement should be submitted by the student, or the student's parent or guardian if the student is a minor, explaining how the administration of the vaccine conflicts with the bona fide religious tenets or practices of the student, or the parent or guardian, as appropriate; except that a general philosophical or moral objection to the vaccination shall not be sufficient for an exemption on religious grounds.

I now understand why the drug companies have invested so much in TV ads pushing Obamacare... can you say “let’s make a deal”?

What a Democrat hellhole!
New Jersey voters need to start the cleansing process by dumping Corzine and go on from there.

I am so sick of government mandates that I resist them all. Politicians have lost sight of the concept of freedom from government interference. Voluntary perticipation is a sweet nectar of liberty. Compulsory compliance is the mandate of dictators (Democrats).

I'm in a tough spot on this one.
I can easily foresee a contingency when mandatory vaccination would be reasonable and prudent.
This isn't it.
H1N1 influenza is milder than "regular" influenza, has lower hospitalization and case fatality rates, and the experience in the Southern Hemisphere winter, now ending, was unremarkable.
The ways and means by which this minor event has become a major news story, not to mention an open door for coercive government policy, is quite an interesting story by itself.

No, I absolutely agree with you on the validity of this story. I’m just saying that such a story, the content of which does not support civil liberties, should be reported by Alex Jones.
That’s all.

Does NJ have a religious exemption to vaccination? If so, how can this be mandatory?
I’m guessing not very many WILL, but every parent who does NOT want their child to receive this shot should immediately pull their child out of school and homeschool.

No one has ever proven that flu vaccines make the slightest difference. Each study I’ve seen has inconclusive results. This is just medical imperialism at the behest of the drug companies who pocket billions through this coercion.
