APF(American Police Force) Show Up IN HARDIN, Montana-Comandeer Jurisdiction

Thanks for the compliment Grampa Dave. And, thanks for putting up that part of the Montana Constitution, TAC!

NOW, the residents of Hardin have the LEGAL backing to call the Governor and DEMAND these people leave on their own accord, or that the Governor call out the National Guard to MAKE them leave...

I’d personally be on the phone to the Montana National Guard as well as the FBI - just in case the Governor does NOT uphold the Montana Constitution (ditto for calling the reps at the state-house). I’d be calling on the State Police, also — they would outrank the County Sheriff wouldn’t they? Or is he a part of them? [I know nothing about how Montana is set-up]

The law is on their (the residents’) side in this situation as it stands TODAY. HOWEVER, it is my guess that everyone and their mother are being paid off for it to have gotten this far — the GOVERNOR should be out there NOW demanding to know what the HELL is going on in HIS STATE - unless he already knows...

That’s what I was wondering about! What have we as a people come to when a presumably pretty Conservative small town in Montana in which I presume most of the residents are ARMED is completely overtaken by a PRIVATE “security” force? It’s CALLED AN INVASION FOLKS! The law is on the sides of the citizens in this matter according to the Montana Constitution.

If the County Sheriff and other politicos there won’t do what is necessary, then the townspeople need to get it done.

I’m assuming at this point that those who WOULD do something are either too scared - or believe they are out-manned, and out-gunned. I can imagine if these bullies were walking around with AK-47s that they advertise on their website that might be a little intimidating... Perhaps that is the problem here? Or, are the people being told that there is nothing they can do by their politicians and such?

I don’t know man, I’m just NOT liking this at all, and it doesn’t bode well for the future if a fly-by-night security company can illegally takeover a small town without a shot fired, or even ANY resistance by the residents... We might as well give up now if that’s the kind of people we’ve become.

Nice work everyone. I am wavering on what this is all about. It’s either a nefarious plot to get a fascist toehold in a remote town that has money problems, or it’s a scam by the APF people to get money from the town before they realize what’s happening. I can’t decide which it is at this point.

I lived in AZ during the Rodeo-Chedesky fire. There are signs up in Payson that say “Thanks EnvironMENTALists!”

Well, actually the billboard was in Heber, my hometown. :)

I wrote about the fire and the environMentalists and testified about their tactics. My family home burned in that fire. It is one of the reasons I don’t trust this government one little bit.

They would have let that town burn if it wasn’t for the local citizens that went in and stopped the fires from burning more homes. (Some fire crews that were listed as being on the fire line were miles away “writing a fire plan.) Grrrr It still makes me mad.

That fire sparked a “quest for knowledge” and is one of the reasons that I learned about the attack from community organizers on this country!

If that doesn't raise red flags, I don't know what will.

Please realize, towns here may be very small. Typical of our thoughts of Mayberry RFD, but western main street. It might only be a single street. You can imagine the job prospects, service only if that. Manufacturing is nil.,

So the solution is to have your local government going into debt building a big jail that they have no need for in the hopes of attracting some kind of contracts that they are not sure of getting?

Folks, whether it's your state or local government, spending us into debt or dreaming up ridiculous and expensive projects is not the solution to your problems (unless your a Democrat).

This article cites WND and Alex Jones. There were credible reports from real news sources BEFORE these two hypes latched on to it. If you just accept WND and/or Alex Jones as a source for truth, get a clue. Both are infamous for taking a nugget of truth and turning it into a gold mine for themselves.
There IS something going on in Hardin. And it ain’t what they are trying to peddle.

Thank you. I saw that thread, but it doesn’t answer the questions ongoing. This is a bad news outfit from the gitgo. The question is who is backing it up.
Where did the money come from?
Who is actually behind this?
Why did they scrub the recognizably KLA logo and redo the site with the Serbian logo, but only ONE of them?
If Hilton is so stupid he couldn’t file bankruptcy properly and got himself busted every half a year, he sure didn’t think this up all by his wittle self, but he is JUST the kind of slug someone with ulterior motives would hire to carry it out.

My guess is that this APF/ADS is a scam, got some money from fellow scammers and set up the website, leased some cars and bought some uniforms. They drove to Montana and snookered Hardin into thinking they are a real company. With the contract in hand, they migth be able to borrow a ton of money and flee to Serbia/Montenegro. I hope Hardin isn’t hit too hard... they don’t need to be fleeced right now.

You raise some interesting questions and they will need answered, but the article excerpted below ffrom the Montana paper-Linked above states the following and helps explain the Crooks MO.

“But public documents and interviews with Hilton’s associates and legal adversaries offer a different picture, that of a convicted felon with a number of aliases, a string of legal judgments against him, two bankruptcies and a decades-long reputation for deals gone bad.

American Police Force is the company Hilton formed in March to take over the Hardin jail.

“Such schemes you cannot believe,” said Joseph Carella, an Orange County, Calif. doctor and co-defendant with Hilton in a real estate fraud case that resulted in a civil judgment against Hilton and several others.

“The guy’s brilliant. If he had been able to do honest work, he probably would have been a gazillionaire,” Carella said.”
