If I’m not mistaken, I believe the title refers to the campaign where someone in the McCain camp and/or MSM (same difference with respect to SP) said that SP was going rogue when she was attacking 0bama.
You better get to work. You got only a litte over 13 months to get together that third party, win 218 seats in the House and 51 seats in the Senate to stop Obama, Pelosi, Reid and rest of the Republicrat party from doing what they do.

The title is an obvious reference to the 2008 campaign, regardless of what the definition says.
I think Palin plans to do with the national Republican Party exactly what she did with the Alaska Republicans.

What a great idea! I live in a very liberal area and it’s going to make me soooooooo happy to call and them (at every local B&N) to reserve 2 copies for me.

If they really want to ramp up publicity, they can have an audio book version where her and Tina Fey read alternating chapters.
NY is the center of the book world, maybe a guest hosting spot on certain show that films in NY. I just hope she doesn’t go on all these shows where the host will just be lying in wait to ambush her. Levin and Malkin have had great success and they haven’t done any of that. I hope she stays away from Today, GMA, The View, Oprah, Ellen, Dr Phil, Tyra, Regis and Kelly, 60 minutes, 20/20, Nightline, Daily Show, Colbert, Charlie Rose, Meet The Press, and every other show where the staffs voted at least a collective 99% for Obama.
She should go on a few Fox shows and do some talk radio shows(they have more than an adequate audience), maybe the Jay Leno show if she has to do one of the more traditional shows as he’s the best of a bad lot. Since FOX owns the publisher maybe she can do a walk on on House or something like that. More local press. If she and her people haven’t figured out by now that the liberal establishment media despise her with a passion unexceeded by anyone in my lifetime and will do whatever they can and more to embarass and ridicule her then I don’t know what to say.
But 400 pages or so sounds pretty extensive, assuming that’s 400 pages of substance and doesnt include the index, notes, pictures, etc...
I guess they wanted it out for the Christmas season, but it may have had less competition coming out next spring like they said. I know both Bushes and Cheney have books coming out so maybe they felt the fall and the Christmas season was really an optimal time to drive sales and have the political book market cornered.

Since most new bestsellers are sold at a discount, let’s say it retails for $15. Should the first run sellout, that’s $22,500,000. I hope she gets a nice piece of that along with her advance.
