Oh my: Palin “Going Rogue” on November 17th
Hot Air ^ | SEPTEMBER 27, 2009 | ALLAHPUNDIT

Posted on 09/28/2009 4:19:27 PM PDT by RobinMasters

Via C4P, the draft was finished a few months early so they’re moving up the spring release date. I was going to make a joke about knowing what grassroots conservatives want to find under the tree this year, but come on. Waiting six weeks until Christmas? Some of you guys will be lined up outside the bookstore a week before it drops.

Pity poor Olbermann, forced to talk about Sarahcuda tonight instead of, say, the New York City terror plot. Again.

Harper publisher Jonathan Burnham says the former Alaska governor invested herself deeply and passionately in the project. He says the book contains fascinating detail.

The 400-page book is the first for Palin, who has been an object of fascination since Republican Sen. John McCain chose her as his running mate during his 2008 presidential bid. The book will be called “Going Rogue: An American Life.”

"She doesn’t stand a chance advancing the conservative cause so long as she remains in the Republicrat party."

She's too smart to abandon the party; she'll redirect it back to its foundations. Without the party you can't get congress, and without congress, it'd be a feckless presidency.

A huge first printing of 1.5 million copies of Palin's book has been ordered

Not enough. They had better keep those printing presses fired up!

You got only a litte over 13 months to get together that third party, win 218 seats in the House and 51 seats in the Senate to stop Obama, Pelosi, Reid and rest of the Republicrat party from doing what they do.

There isn't a two party system. Republicrat refers to the Republican and Democrat parties merging ideologically. They are one party. We can only win by replacing those seats with Conservatives instead of Republicans or Democrats.

"Seems the more I do that, the more solicitations they send me!!"

Because nobody reads what you wrote; they just add a check mark by your name in the "correspondence" column. If you want to get their attention, make a credit card donation for $0.25 (they lose $2.75 for the processing)

There isn't a two party system. Republicrat refers to the Republican and Democrat parties merging ideologically.

Pushing that line isn't helpful to people like Pence, Bachmann, McCotter and Demint. Its not helpful to conservativism in general. It demoralizes. It saps support from those who should be supported.

She's too smart to abandon the party; she'll redirect it back to its foundations.

Expecting her to single handidly over come socialist lite politicians such as McCain, Hatch, Graham, Snowe and OP Chairman Steele just to name a few is unrealistic. Don't exclude the Bush's in that groups simply because they no are no longer politically active. They still have tremendous pull in the OP.

Without the party you can't get congress, and without congress, it'd be a feckless presidency.

You are referring to the same party that lost control of the White House and Congress because it was feckless due to not taking a strong Conservative stance. Giving the OP another chance will result in more of the same.

Interesting how the Paulites and others working for Obama’s second term hijack threads about a Conservative Republican,
Sarah Palin.
The Conservative Republican who has the base support and
can draw and energize crowds more than any third party loon.
The thread hijackers are working overtime for Obama.

Pushing the delusion the OP supports Conservatism didn't do much for Conservatism in the last election since the OP abandon Conservative principles long before in exchange for a bigger voter base. Pence, Bachmann, McCotter and Demint will all be better off leaving the OP and become members of a party that actually supports Conservatism. Returning to the OP repeatedly is the political version of battered wife syndrome.
