I have a wonderful thing to announce to my fellow Americans. The recession is over and the recovery has begun. I have directed my employees in Congress to draft a new round of stimulant spending to the tune of $1 trillion. Sure we will lose a few million jobs over the next year as company after company goes out of business or declares bankruptcy but this government is out of recession.
